JOHN SLEEMAN ON TRE AND BODY WORK

A SLINGS MYOFASCIAL MOVEMENT SEQUENCE

The term "Slings" refers to myofascial continuities in the body in general and the Anatomy Trains’ myofascial meridians specifically. This slings sequence comprises a diverse blend of multidimensional exercises in different body positions. Included are slow and deep, dynamic and rhythmic, stimulating and invigorating, as well as mellow and melting motions. Ideally to perform with two deflated tennis balls or two soft massage spiky balls of similar size, can be done without by avoiding the rolling up and down, and adding instead 10 pilates curl ups.
