Constructive rest (music by Polido)

 

Twice a day (morning and evening) for 20-30 mins
 

- activates parasympathetic nervous system

- allows to be completely passive

- drops and relaxes core muscles and iliopsoas (fight or flight response muscles)

- rebalances and aligns sacroiliac joint and spine

- grounding, contact with floor

- time for non-doing
